Who We Are
​​Michal Stern is the founder of Diggin’ Up Fun. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Archaeology and Ancient Near Eastern Cultures from Tel Aviv University. Michal brings over eight years of archaeological experience from her work with the Israel Antiquities Authority. In addition to her archaeological background, she has also worked as a preschool teacher, deepening her understanding of early childhood education. Michal is also a proud mother of two, which further enriches her connection to early learning and child development. Through DigginUpFun, Michal, together with her daughter Danielle, blends her passion for archaeology and education to create interactive, hands-on experiences that ignite curiosity and foster a love of learning in young minds.
